Expert Progression for F2P (Maximizing Sigils)

Max Baldur, then push Valeria to 50-60. The utility skills on those two Experts are worth 30-40 extra Elite Sigils a month, which is the part most players miss because they only read the combat skills.

Bottom line — Focus on maxing Baldur, then Valeria to 50–60. The utility skills on those two hand you 30–40 extra Elite Sigils a month — better than a 50% raise on F2P income. It is the part people miss because they only read the combat skills.

The premise — choosing, and giving things up

Only whales at $4,000–5,000 a month raise every Expert. Below that, everyone chooses (Ton could not do it all at $1,500 a month either). For F2P the whole game is concentrating on the content you actually play.

Ton's farm account ($10, effectively F2P) got there running nothing but dailies on autopilot → proof that F2P can reach it.

⭐ Sigils from Baldur and Valeria's "utility" skills the most important part

Marking a skill needs closeness 1 → 2 (true of every late Expert). Stack the Sigil sources and you reach roughly 40 a month:

Baldur + Valeria

Utility skills · straight from the bonus tier rewards

Alliance Championship shop

Extra purchases

SVS shop

$5 pack = 10 a week = 40 a month · resets twice a month

🛡️ Sigil Shields > Fire Crystals

In the shops, buy Sigil Shields first. What an Expert gives you dwarfs the small pile of Fire Crystals the game hands out for free anyway. The common mistake is reading only the combat and content skills and missing the utility skills that pay in Sigils.

※ Pushing Valeria returns far more than finishing gear to 100% — 5% more tokens from a complete gear set is worth less than one Valeria skill.

🗺️ Recommended roadmap

1Max Baldur

Level 80, finish unlocking every skill.

2Valeria to 50–60

50 is enough. Use the utility skills to maximize Sigils.

3Spread what is left

Push the rest toward ~50 with spare books (except Romulus). Fabian and Ronne earn their keep if you run Tundra.

🚧 Bottlenecks and tips

Expert books are the hard F2P ceiling — Ton can max the skills on paper but cannot, for lack of books.

Short on affinity? Put the Frontier trick entirely into Valeria (Sigils and affinity at once). Spreading it around loses value.

At $20–50 a month, the Expert packs are worth buying for a while — the $5 pack alone (10 Sigils a week) pulls the timeline months forward.

💡 A newer-server advantage, and why F2P matters

Experts arrived at gen 9 on Ton's server but gen 3 on new ones → newer accounts compound six generations of Essence, XP and Fire Crystals, making their late Experts far stronger.

F2P and low spenders are the game's glue — it only works with whales carrying, dolphins running second rallies, and F2P filling those rallies out.
