TL;DR — At its core this is the Tundra Adventure we already know, with a 3-player team + Ice Megalodon (bomb tile) layer on top. Team formation runs only 8/2–8/3 and is locked afterwards → lock in a team on time, but decide its composition once we learn whether teammates actually contribute to each other's boards. The Polar Shop's Mithril 30 + secret crates land right before SvS — especially good for spenders.
What this event is
Officially a WOS × Kingshot collaboration seasonal event. The core is a revamped Tundra Adventure plus a 3-player team layer (Ice Megalodon).

Teams of 3. Invite friends/alliance mates or join another team. When the 48h formation window ends, slots are locked and empty spots are auto-filled by the system.

Landing on one awards the whole team a bomb capable of hurting the Ice Megalodon → fight the Megalodon threat together for rewards.

Landing on one gives the whole team extra Adventure Coins. The island building skin is Lv.1 free via team play → likely upgradable with packs.
?Assumed — how it plays
Most likely everyone plays their own board as in regular Tundra Adventure, with the team element being the shared Megalodon layer (three people on one board would be chaos). Whether teammates can improve each other's boards (carry) is unknown — the backend rework may have been too big.

Try to confirm the "team contribution" mechanics within 8/2–8/3 before finalizing. If it can't be confirmed, just team up with whoever you like — you'll be auto-matched anyway. No changes after the deadline.

Complete missions → earn Twin Star Dice → advance on the board and claim tile rewards (chests · backup · bomb).
Dice, tiles, milestones and daily tasks look identical to regular Tundra Adventure — but with the recent event rebalancing trend, coin amounts/odds/costs need re-verification (Ton plans to update his sheet).
Dice from the Travelogue pack track and Blue Ocean Symphony also look unchanged, pending confirmation.
👑 Twin Kings of Winter nameplate ranking (1 week)
Looks like an individual nameplate ranking event. The last nameplate race was fierce, so start stockpiling resources now if you want to rank.
Score overlap is likely limited to speedups shared with SvS prep, so not great. Alliance Mobilization follows right after, so pushed resources can be recouped through tasks. Prepare training queues if you'll need troop-training points.

💎 Mithril 30 + secret crates — perfect timing right before SvS
Especially good for dolphins~medium spenders. Mithril and secrets appearing in the shop means spender demand is high this season. F2P can also exchange coins for a little — follow the usual shop priority principles.
